I was there last night with two of my school-age kids. We knew we were going to have to leave early, because it was a school night. We agreed we'd stay for the dot race. The dot race was so long in coming that we were almost out of our seats before the middle of the 6th, but then the top of the 6th finally ended, we saw the dots run, and went home.
It's amazing how slow a game can move when it's that bad! It's not clock-time that's the problem, it's attention-time. It's hard to pay attention to a game like that.
